11. The duties payable for the issue of an in-hall bingo licence and a media bingo licence are determined on the basis of the funding needs established for each year during the period of validity of the licence pursuant to subparagraph 7 of the first paragraph of section 38 of the Bingo Rules (chapter L-6, r. 5) and to the third paragraph of that section. The duties are
(1)  $66 if the funding needs are $0 or more but less than $2,000 per year;
(2)  $131 if the funding needs are $2,000 or more but less than $4,000 per year;
(3)  $330 if the funding needs are $4,000 or more but less than $7,500 per year;
(4)  $457 if the funding needs are $7,500 or more but less than $15,000 per year;
(5)  $721 if the funding needs are $15,000 or more but less than $30,000 per year;
(6)  $980 if the funding needs are $30,000 or more but less than $45,000 per year;
(7)  $1,244 if the funding needs are $45,000 or more but less than $60,000 per year;
(8)  $1,372 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,568 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,765, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.
If the in-hall bingo licence authorizes the holder to sell instant win tickets and 50/50 tickets, duties of $680 are added to those prescribed in the first paragraph if the applicant’s funding needs are $15,000 or more per year.

(6)  $951 if the funding needs are $30,000 or more but less than $45,000 per year;
(7)  $1,208 if the funding needs are $45,000 or more but less than $60,000 per year;
(8)  $1,332 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,522 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,714, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.
If the in-hall bingo licence authorizes the holder to sell instant win tickets and 50/50 tickets, duties of $660 are added to those prescribed in the first paragraph if the applicant’s funding needs are $15,000 or more per year.

(8)  $1,288 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,472 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,658, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.
If the in-hall bingo licence authorizes the holder to sell instant win tickets and 50/50 tickets, duties of $638 are added to those prescribed in the first paragraph if the applicant’s funding needs are $15,000 or more per year.

(8)  $1,279 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,462 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,646, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.
If the in-hall bingo licence authorizes the holder to sell instant win tickets and 50/50 tickets, duties of $634 are added to those prescribed in the first paragraph if the applicant’s funding needs are $15,000 or more per year.

(7)  $1,138 if the funding needs are $45,000 or more but less than $60,000 per year;
(8)  $1,255 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,435 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,615, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.
If the in-hall bingo licence authorizes the holder to sell instant win tickets and 50/50 tickets, duties of $622 are added to those prescribed in the first paragraph if the applicant’s funding needs are $15,000 or more per year.

(7)  $1,112 if the funding needs are $45,000 or more but less than $60,000 per year;
(8)  $1,227 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,403 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,579, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.
If the in-hall bingo licence authorizes the holder to sell instant win tickets and 50/50 tickets, duties of $608 are added to those prescribed in the first paragraph if the applicant’s funding needs are $15,000 or more per year.

(7)  $1,094 if the funding needs are $45,000 or more but less than $60,000 per year;
(8)  $1,208 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,381 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,554, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.
If the in-hall bingo licence authorizes the holder to sell instant win tickets and 50/50 tickets, duties of $598 are added to those prescribed in the first paragraph if the applicant’s funding needs are $15,000 or more per year.

(7)  $1,079 if the funding needs are $45,000 or more but less than $60,000 per year;
(8)  $1,191 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,362 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,533, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.

(9)  $1,347 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,516, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.

(7)  $1,046 if the funding needs are $45,000 or more but less than $60,000 per year;
(8)  $1,155 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,321 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,486, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.

(7)  $1,037 if the funding needs are $45,000 or more but less than $60,000 per year;
(8)  $1,145 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,309 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,473, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.

(8)  $1,128 if the funding needs are $60,000 or more but less than $75,000 per year;
(9)  $1,290 if the funding needs are $75,000 or more but less than $90,000 per year; and
(10)  $1,451, if the funding needs are $90,000 or more per year.
